Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I Live in the state of GA., and I am divorcing a woman who lives in Fl. I am about to divorce from her here in the state of GA... Now, we have two kids in our marriage and I want to know if I can claim at least one of my kids when ever I file state and federal taxes, before and after the divorce.

You can only claim the children if either (a) you have physical custody or (b) you don't and the divorce decree gives you the deductions using language acceptable to the IRS.
I am sure your lawyer told you this (if you do not have one, get one, as this will be one of the many costly mistakes you will make pro se).
