Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Do I have to let her live with us?
My 19 year old stepdaughter moved into our home during the holiday break and it has been a nightmare. She is disrespectful, does nothing to help and is mean to our 4 young children. My husband (her father) wants her to live here and doesn't care what I think. He even gives her one of our two cars to use whenever she wants. Her mother and stepfather live nearby but she prefers it here because her father has no rules, she has access to a car and he gives her everything she wants. I jointly own this home with my husband and we have been married 11 years. She plans to move back in for the summer against my wishes. Can I legally prevent her from living here?

There are two ways you can possibly remove her:
(1) Talk to your husband.
(2) Divorce him (and should you happen to win the house then it becomes your call, although bear in mind that you might not win the house).

That is like asking whether you can sue your spouse for a debt, as if it won't somehow completely change the entire situation and marriage. You can work it out, or face many more issues if you think you can take legal action to prevent her moving in.
