Help

I lived with my exfinace for 4mts i got pregnant now he wants custody of the baby, it will be born in july 06. He is 17 now was 16 i am 19. Since i do not have any intention of giving him custody he wants to charge me with rape. Is that possible? What are my legal options? Please Help

HE (male) wants to charge YOU (female) with rape? Well for one thing, forcible rape can only be committed by a male on a female victim. Statutory rape requires that the "victim" be UNDER 16. I think you said he was 16 then. So, it sounds like he is just blowing smoke and has no idea what he's talking about.
