Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I lived with my girlfriend and I got a check for $2900, I cashed it and spent $600. My girlfriend said she owed me a lot so I counted it and there was only 1300. I text her and asked how much she took. She text back why. A couple days later we went to Atlanta and had a argument. When we got home I took my son home and she text me not to come back. I stayed in a hotel that night. When I came home the next morning she called the police and told them I broke in. The police let me get most of my clothes and gave me a criminal tresspass warning. and she took the envelope with my money and my bed and dresser and some clothes are still there. I was not on the lease and. I want all my money back and my property.

Your girlfriend owed you and so she took your money? Do you mean she said you owed her? I am not sure what the question is, or whether or not you owed her for anything.
