Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have not lived with him for five years. I would like to file for divorce but my spouses location is unknown. We have two children together. There is nothing to divide and I have physical custody of my children. How do I go about filing for divorce?

If you can prove you made a diligent search including filing a child support case with the state as well as other things, you may be able to file by publication.
