Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Living together and child visitation

My question concerns a condition of my boyfriend's divorce which is ''neither party shall have over night adult guests while the children are in custody or on visitation''

The mother has physical custody and the father has joint custody with every other weekend visitation and one night during the week with alternating holidays (standard agreement). My boyfriend & I are discussing marriage and for financial secirity are discussing living together for a period of time before we marry. Does this condition of their divorce apply under a ''live in'' type of circumstance or room mate (I would likely set up my own bedroom). Or does this prohibit us from living together until we are legally married. Any detials you can shed on this would be greatly apprecaited.

Until changed, an order is an order is an order. You should consult with local counsel in your area to see how the judges treat these live-in-but-separate situations.
