living together after divorce

My husband and I were divorced six years ago. We got back together a year later and have live d together ever since. In the divorce I got full custody of my kids. He got weekends . Will this change, if I leave, after we have lived together for five years?

Re: living together after divorce

GA does not recognize common law marriages. Therefore, your living together is just that: living together. The terms of the divorce remain in effect.
