Living with a man for 8 years but am not legally divorced from first husband now the man i have been living with wants to end it where do i stand

Where do you stand for what? If you want a divorce from the husband, see a lawyer to get it started. Obviously you state no legal issue with the second guy who wants to break up.
You have no rights as to the man you live with, since that relationship is illegal.
As to your husband, you can seek a divorce which will decide that case.
Stand in front of a lawyers office, walk in, hire him/her and get a divorce (what did you expect from from an adulterous affiar??) Hopefully this will be a learning experience and you will decide to get a real life. I hope there were no children involved from either relationship (they are the ones who will now suffer)
