Living in Sin

I am a divorced mother of a 7 year old boy. Am considering moving in with my fiance, but would like to actually get married a year and half from now in a planned celebration with all our friends and family. Can my ex-husband raise any legal issues concerning my son living under same roof with me and a man to whom I am not yet married?
