Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

lMy ex wife just moved out of state with my kids yesterday. She's supposed to give me 30 days notice and what I got was a notice saying we verbally discussed it on Jan 14, which she said was a "possibility" at the time, and the notary signature was on Feb 12. Is that legally 30 days notice?

Now let's answer the question you left out, the one that matters. As a result of the move, do you wish to seek a change of visitation or custody? If so, get a lawyer ASAP (in the next few days).
