Locked out of house

I have been locked out of our house by my wife (of one month). She took my house keys without me noticing, and will not let me in. Not even to get any of things. My name is not on the deed or mortgage, only hers. What are my rights? If I call the cops, what will happen?

This is not a criminal matter (so cops are not the answer). This is something that can be addressed by a divorce proceeding. If that is what you are wanting to do, it is time to retain a lawyer. There is no way from the very limited facts you posted to tell you how things would turn out. We would need details that are not in your post.
