How long does a divorce take?
What is the process after both parteis have signed the seperation agreement, and how long does it take for the divorce to become final?

Assuming that the complaint for divorce has been filed and the other person has either been served or signed an acknowledment of service and a consent to divorce, the minimum wiating period is thirty one days.
Procedurally the matter should be set for a court date once the agreement has been signed. At the hearing there are certain required questions and the judge should be presented a final judgment and decree of divorce.
