If a person lies either under oath on witness stand or in a written affidavit presented to the Court and it can be proven that they lied what needs to be done to bring it to the attention of the Court?

You do just that: you bring it to the attention of the judge ASAP. That sounds simple enough; however, the legal mechanism to be used may vary from one judge to another. You should consult with an attorney in the county where the case is pending.
