Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I ma currently in a custody case, in where I AM THE MORE STABLE PARENT, I HAVE SUPPORT LETTERS FROM MY CHILD\'S 2ND,3RD,AND 4TH GRADE TEACHERS. THE PROBLEM IS I CANNOT SHOW PROOF WHEN I TRIED TO GIVE HER FINANCIAL SUPPORT (I HAVE) WHAT DO I DO, AND OR WHAT ARE MY CHANCES?

Send her an email or write her a letter stating your attempts at giving her financial support. Keep copies. Judges love paper trails. As to your chances, consult with a local attorney.

You stated you are currently in a custody case, have you been served with papers to appear in court. If so, you need to interview several attorneys and hire one to represent you in the matter.
