hi, my name is maria and i am 16 years old. i will be 17 next month. would it be legal for me to move out of my moms house on my birthday without her stopping me? i have seen on different internet sites that i can legally leave bu others say i can not?? is it legal for me to leave?

You can legally leave at age 18.
