Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Marital debts and how to get information

According to my divorce decree i am responsible for 1/2 of the debts from 8 credit accounts totaling around $30,000. Since this time one account is shown as paid off and the rest all have a higher balance than originally stated. Is there any recourse to get this looked at and possibly get this changed or am I out of luck. I cannot get a transaction history but all accounts have been paid on time so there should be some change in the balances towards paying them off and the amounts shouldnt be increasing as much as they are. Secondly I began making my payments as of November 2003. Do those payments count as prepayments or is that money forever lost? What are my options ? How do i get a transaction history if the accounts are not in my name?
