If a husband and wife are separated and one moves out of the house that was purchased w/JTWRS and the person that moved out wants to move back in, do he or she have that right

The JTWRS has nothing to do with entitlement to be in the house. However, it sounds like there may be some hard feelings with could result in an altercation. Consult with a local attorney.
