In the state of Georgia, what is the legal time for an anullment to a marrage and does it have to be a joint desire?

There is no minimum or mmaximum time for an annulment. An annulment cannot happen unless a marriage was illegal (for example if a person committed bigamy or was underage). Otherwise there must be a divorce. Both parties do not have to consent to either, and that affects the fees and procedures.
