Is marriage enough to have custody rights to my son? My son. Was in. Dyfs custody, custody was given back to his father. His father. And I are married. Now..So do I have custody of my son, or do I need to file for custody?

No one here has seen the past court orders but it is possible that your marriage could possibly cost not just you but also your husband custody. Since you had a DFCS case, you should have hired a lawyer. He or she will know.
