Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

is my marriage legal

My husband lied on our marriage app. He said he wasn't married before but has been married twice before. He is leglly divorced from the other two. My question is are we still legally married. Or is the marriage the marrige null and void. andif it is how do i go about getting it voided out orwhatever you call it.

That wouldn't void a marriage. You certainly could get a divorce if you chose.

This is not grounds for annulment but you could divorce him. The marriage is legal and is not null and void.
