If i was never married but have a child in ohio and i have a cpo against her father and he is on video beating me what are the necessity laws in alabama and georgia are easiest for me to be awarded in state residency quickest i believe its 30days but not sure i do not want him ever to be able to see her unsuporvised and i know in ohio after he recieves treatment he will slowly get more rights to her. where to move

See a lawyer. As a general rule, moving is a disadvantage to you, as the state you moved from retains jurisdiction for at least six months after you move, so any case may occur in a state where you no longer are.
