Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I'm married and I have two children one is not biologically his. I was told in Georgia I can refuse him to be able to legitimize her if I'm married. He's violent and tried to kill me when I was prego or I would have no problem letting him around us.. what can o do to keep him away.. my husband is not violent.. he's so.drtful and amazing its this other man I'm talking about just to clarify

Mothers can't refuse to legitimize children. Your post isn't clear as to what is actually happening as there isn't a question in your post.
