Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have been married since 2003 but it was a fraudulent marriage I arried my husband so he can get his green card. Im trying to divorce him but he was deported so I was wondering if I could get it annuled even though we have been married since 2003 and he is deported?

If I read your post correctly, you want to go into court, admit under penalty of perjury that you committed a federal felony, and seek an annulment? That could land you in federal prison.

It would make more sense to seek a lawyer and get a divorce.
