Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My ex and I were never married, and I currently have full physical custody and joint legal custody of my child. From the time my three year old daughter was born her father has been in rehab, to twice, he does not pay his child support, and he is currently in jail. I do not have evidence but have a very strong feeling he is currently using drugs. His mother has been taking over his visitation and paying his child support for him so that I dont take this to court. I want to find out if I went to court is there a chance for me to get full custody? I'm very scared I will have to give up my christmas for a father who doesn't care.
