Married or not

My husband and I were granted a divorce after 2 days in front of a jury. The judge signed the divorce decree which contained the financial terms of the divorce on which the jury had decided. 30 days later my husband appealed the decision and asked for a new trial. In a later hearing, the attorneys made their arguments regarding the appeal, and we are now awaiting the judge's ruling on the issue. In the 30 days after the jury ruled, my husband paid a month's alimony, but when the appeal was made, our attorneys agreed that the divorce terms were void, and we reverted back to the court order my husband signed when we first separated, which specified certain expenses of mine that my he would pay (I teach and he makes much more than I do.) So my question is:

During the interim while we are waiting on the judge to rule, are we still married or did the appeal only affect the terms of the divorce and not the divorce itself? I am curious as to whether I am a Ms. or a Mrs. still. It won't affect anything, actually, but we both have heard different opinions. We could ask the judge, but we will leave him alone until he rules.
