Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I'm a married man and a minister and I reside in Georgia. I admit I made a mistake. I had an affair for 2 years. The lady I had an affair with got pregnant with our now 9 month old daughter. I have been to prison before on a voluntary manslaughter charge over my then 5 month old son and when the lady I had an affair with I'll call her "Lisa" Lisa won't let me take our daughter anywhere. Even around the corner. She is always there in the room watching and I'm sick of it. I didn't sign the birth certificate but I want to take her to court for visitation rights. I have a daughter with my wife as well and she doesn't want our child around "Lisa" and "Lisa" doesn't want our daughter around my wife. I recently became aware that Lisa knows someone that knows my wife knows and Lisa says she has proof that my wife would be a danger to my child and that between me and her she wouldn't be safe in our household. When I ask Lisa what proof she has or what my wife said she says "you'll find out. if you want to go to court let's go and you will see then" and I admit, I am human so I make mistakes, she isn't the only affair I had and Lisa knows of this. She hasn't blackmailed me about telling, infact she tells me she wouldn't care if I were out our childs life or not. I have a family to support, a mortgage, a 5 year old, and step daughter so I don't know if I can afford a lawyer, or to pay child support. I work everyday from 3pm to 3am and I only get to see my 9 month old every Sunday. This is exhausting. Taking her to court for visitation or custody what costs would I have to incur? I've heard if I legitimized her I would also have to pay child support??? I buy atleast $50 worth of things for baby a month. I dont give lisa money. Please tell me that's the only thing I'd have to pay or is it?

The answer did not change from the last time you posted. Which paredt of the answer you already received did you not understand? (And you'd better start sending money.)

Previous answer to you:

If you are not paying child support (even with no court order) now you are already committing a crime. It seems unlikely that a judge would want someone who has been in prison for killing someone, has multiple affairs, and is too irresponsible to pay child support, to legitimate a child but if that is your goal, plan to spend the money it takes to hire counsel.

In the meantime, start sending support before you end up in prison.
