Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

i am married and recently found out my wife was never divorced from her first husband....what do i need to do to legally disolve this union?

You can't do anything, but you and she are both criminals (and she is not your wife). She needs to get counsel and seek a divorce, and hope that she doesn't get caught as that would mean criminal charges for her and maybe you. This is an urgent matter.
