i have been married to my wife for a year. just a week ago i left her. she has been stalking me everywhere. even took one of our vans with all my personal belongings. what are my rights. i will be filing for divorce asap.

She can take whatever property she wishes until you file a divorce (and do not attempt that without a lawyer).
As to stalking, you can make police reports and take out a warrant. However, since everything you do will affect your divorce, do this only if your divorce lawyer recommends it.
Just curious if the van was premarital property. Once you file for divorce, there will be a standing order that prevents the two of you from harassing each other. I would get the divorce filed as soon as possible.
