i havent been married a year. november fifth will make a year how hard is it to get a divorce....free divorce

Divorces are not free. You have to pay the court costs and the attorneys fees.

As for how hard it is, that depends on if your spouse is agreeable, what county you and she are in, whether you have children, and your assets and debts.
