i have been married for 7 years we were married in atlanta georgia,my huband is not a us citizen and was deported a year ago are we legaly married and if so how do i get devorced?

His legal status doesn't affect the legality of a marriage so you would need to file a divorce. The "how" varies by county and by other facts you did not post (what county are you in, do you know where he is, do you have children, etc), so feel free to call me with those details.
