Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have been married for three years to a veteran. I just learned that he recieved an increase on his VA pension. Is it possible that I could have received that increase on a check in my name instead of it being added to his check? We have been separated for two years and is now considering a divorce.

Why would you get his check? Does he have a right to get your checks? You leave us to guess why you think his retirement checks would, for some reason, be made out to you.
