Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Please help

I have been married for 12 years,the marriage has been a complete disaster.I have no job,no education and no car.My husband has constantly lied to me,hid things from me,etc.I have lived here for 4 yrs with no heat and we have 2 kids.Through the years we've had things repo'd,evicted numerous times.He says we can't afford propane but he just recently bought a new car.I'm fed up with living this way.I'm scared and confused and don't know my rights and what I'm entitled to.My kids are starting to be affected by the constant arguing,it seems he just doesn't care to pay the bills or for our personal needs.I don't know where to turn,I know that I want out I've had enough but how am I suppose to support my kids with no car,no money,no education and no job.If someone out there can help me answer some of these questions I can go more in detail about how my marriage has been over the last 12 years.I'm so frustrated,Please try to keep this as anonymous as possible since for now I am still with him.Thank you for your time.

A good option for you might be to file a motion for emergency support, especially if you have kids for whom you need to provide. If you are in economic need, you can try getting help from Legal Aid - http://www.legalaid-ga.org/.
