Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I was married very young and now have three great kids with my ex wife. I entered the work force right out of high school and since my divorce have never been able to keep up with bills or my support (one would always seem to get behind). I now owe back support and have never even been able to even afford my own appartment. I have come to see now that if I ever intend to make things better for myself I will need training. I want to go to college now at the age of 33 and now I'm wondering how I can make it all work. I have applied for federal aid and have been approved. I want to go to Tulane University. Now I have to find some way to reduce my support while I attend school. How can I do this? I just want to be able to provide for my kids and live a better life that I have so far.

Reducing current support does not erase back support (even assuming a judge would permit it).

Think out a better solution. Private colleges cost far more than public ones so Tulane is not realistic. And many colleges have programs where you can get a degree at night while working.

Perhaps with a more realistic plan, and a good lawyer you may have a better chance of working things out.
