Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

We are not married,but we live together and we have a 14month old baby.My daughter have mine last name,but dad is on birth sertificate too.Now thinks are not good between of us and i want to go back to my country with my baby.Do i need his promision or what do i have to do legaly?

You do NOT need his permission. In Georgia, unless you are married or the father has gone through a court process whereby he is "legitimized" by the court, THE FATHER HAS NO RIGHTS TO THE CHILD. It does NOT matter that the father's name is on the birth certificate. In Georgia, the fact that the dad is on the birth certificate gives the father ZERO legal standing to the child. If the father threatens you with police if you leave, DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. You can go until and unless a Court says you cannot go.
