Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I did not marry my daughters father, he is on the birth cert, however he has not been legitimated as her father. We have no court order in place with regards to custody or visitation. She lives with me full time. If I want to move out of state is there anything he can do to stop me? Do I need his consent to move out of state with her? She is 5.
