Marrying a Man with Children

If I marry a man with 4 minor children from a previous relationship, can my wages be garnished if he can't pay his child support?

If my wages can be garnished, would a pre-nup protect my assests?

Your wages cannot be garnisheed. His of course can. Be careful NOT to file taxes jointly with him as your refunds may get seized if you do, and do NOT open any joint bank or investment accounts as those also could be attached.
