Is there a maximum percentage a person can take out of my paycheck for child support? Im the only one working. My exwife is not working. I pay child support to her. We did not go thuogh any attornys when we divorced.

There is no maximum. Although the state has guidelines, support can be set by the court in any amount they deem appropriate. Going through a divorce without a lawyer increases the chances that calculations that should have been made may not have been made.
