Mediation

We both signed the agreement with our attorney's and the mediator. My ex has not honoured her part of the agreement and we are going to court. Is the signed agreement a binding agreement?. Thank you.

Talk to your attorney, but I believe the agreement is binding and you may take your wife to court for contempt.
