Medical bills

I have been divorced since 2000 and my ex is asking me to pay 50% of uncovered medical expences for our daughter. Which is what we agreed to in 2000. The problem I am having is she is only now submitting the uncovered expences for 2000 through 2007. Is there a statute of limitations?

As I have had multiple providers and most are saying they do not have records.

The answer may lie in the wording of your divorce papers. Have them reviewed by a local attorneyk. E.g., there may be wording that she is supposed to submit them to you on a timely basis, etc. Consult with a local attorney.
