Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Messed up situation

In 1991 there was a divorce contract for child support on 3 children. A short time later the 2 parents started to live together again up until 2001. They held themselves up to be husband and wife, filling taxes, checking account, and another child even came into the picture. After seperateinf in 2001 Maximus brought the father to court useing the old divorce papaers, in which 2 of the children were now grown and married. They used this into bullying the father into signing papers and now he is paying child support and arrears on children that are 20 and 21. How does he get out of this?
