Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I'm in the middle of a child support case and the father not only works a regular job , but he owns a school with his wife. He's denying that the money that comes from the school is a part of his income. What can I do to find out what I know is the truth. His name is on all of the paperwork. He creates websites. He created the one for the school as well and for his convenience he'll go onto and change his position. How do I prove that he's recieving income from this school?

You hire a lawyer who knows how to make and present a case. (Try it yourself and you will have a disaster, as this involves proper discovery and use of that discovery.)

You need to subpoena records. I would suggest you retain the services of an attorney who understands the discovery process.
