Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Middle of Divorce

I was sent a subpoena to appear in court for a hearing for temporary alimony for a friend in a divorce. Yes, I was the ''other'' woman. The wife's attorney was told by the judge that there was no need to call me to the stand for he had made his decision and that it had nothing to do with infidelity. She called me anyway and eventually her having been proved wrong by my honest and truthful answers, then asked me if I was married. I answered and thought my marital status has absolutely nothing to do with the case. Do I have any grounds to file a complaint against this woman?

No. Witnesses in court are fair game in most cases. At any rate, I see no damages arising from having been asked if you were married.
