Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

In the Military

I am currently residing in Georgia due to the military and would like to sperate/divorce my spouse/dependant. We have a 4 month old, and I would like to move out of Georgia and go back home. Can I do that and can I file in another state? The military is gonna seperate me and I have nothing in Georgia and neither does my spouse. He wishes to move to another state also?

Re: In the Military

Most states have a waiting period, so if the two of you are agreeable, it would likely be faster and cheaper to pursue a case here. I'd need to get details to tell you for sure what would be involved.
