minor name change

My ex boyfriend and I have triplet boys. i would like to have there name changed to my last name is this possible?

You would need to petition for a name change of your children.

I'm assuming from your question that the children have your boyfriend's name. With his consent, a name change case would be simple and inexpensive. Without his consent, it would be up to a court and we'd need more information to evaluate the case.
