Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Our minor son's picture is on the local sports team's pocket calendar advertisement. It's a great picture. It is only of him and he is very recognizable. It was apparantly taken a year or two ago when we were at a game. They have used the photo without any specific permission from us. Is this legal for them to do this? and, can we seek some compensation for the use of this very cute photo? Thanks!

You should have been contacted to sign a release. Contact the publisher and ask to be compensated first before filing legal action.
