Misrepresentation

My attorney sent a draft order to the judge to sign w/o my approval or my even seeing it. After seeing the ''signed'' order it is not what we agreed upon. She struck a deal w/opposing attorney and refuses to amend the order. What can I do?

You can fire the attorney, hire another and file a motion to set aside the order.
