Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Modification of Child Support

My ex husband recently remarried and took me back to court to ask the judge to relieve him of our house payment obligation! The judge refused and ordered him to continue to pay the house payments. This was a Tuesday, on Friday he filed Bankruptcy on the home so he wouldn't have to keep making the payments. We have 2 young sons and now no home. Without his original amount of support granted we can't get another place to live? Can we take him back to court and get the support modified since he went around the judge by filing bankruptcy? Original order 100.00 a week child support, house payment 400.00 and insurance coverage, etc. He now only sends us 100.00 a week. His income is around 42,000.00. with no other dependents.

Help me please. He has done this before with his first wife and children!
