Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Modification

divorce papers were filed in ga. where non-custodial resides custodial lives in n.c. payments are made through minnisota agency.who has jurisdiction to file a visitation/ support modification. do we have to go where children reside or can we go in the state we live where papers were originally filed?
