Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Modification

My ex-husband has file for modification and I can no longer afford to retain an attorney to fight this battle. What are my options?

The only option you have is to do nothing, represent yourself, or try to come to an agreement.

You have the right to represent yourself. However, you will be expected by the judge to know the rules of procedure as well as the substantive law. You should at least consult with a local attorney.
