Modification of Visit/Support

My ex is not abiding my our visitation agreement. The support was calculated to reflect each of us having our son 50/50. He does not get him once a week, every other holiday, or the 4 weeks in the summer. He wont tell me where my son is when he is with him every other weekend. I have to ask him if he will have him every other weekend. Do i have grounds for a modification of child support and visitation?

Possibly, but no one here could begin to answer that question without reading the original child support paperwork, knowing whether the child support guidelines were applied, knowing the past and present respective incomes of both parties, knowing what county is involved, knowing the date of the old order, and other detailed information.
